My child is 1month old getting red bumps on face n body on face it’s more visible this is because if oil which we need to stop for massage or heat rash

A. hi. hold doing massage. breast feed your newborn baby well to kerp him body hydrare. avoid over dressing your baby, wear cotton light colpr clothes, avoid sun exposure
