A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
