Q.

my breast milk is low..so I feed my baby both..is it ok...my breast milk s not sufficient..also plz suggest some supplements to increase breast milk..I pump up daily

A. take lactare capsules for increasing breast milk For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to take Himalaya shatavari it is a very good supplement if you take it along with milk twice in a day it will definitely help to improve the milk production
