myself mother twins I feed my babies with breast milk and formula milk. but I feel like giving only breast milk as people say formula is not so good.but my breast milk is sufficient only for one baby and not for both.so what can be done to increase breast milk so that I can feed only breast milk to both my babies.

Hi Please don’t believe everything you listen from people formula feeding is very good for kids a lot of women who do not even have breast milk at all the switch to formula feeding Ollie I’m going to say if you have sufficient for one child so what you can do is that one time you feel one child on your breast the other time you feel other child on your breast and you can give formula feeding to the other child is perfectly alright to go for formula most of the women who have twins or triplets they stick to formula feeding only along with breastfeeding

if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.
