my boy was 2years2 months old he is no eat food since 4days and other wise he vomiting and motions I don't can't understand what is resion pls tell me solution

A. Hello mom as mentioned he has Vomiting and motions so that’s the reason for that he is not eating well , do not force him , instead keep him more on fluids - coconut water , ORs , fruit juices , juicy fruits , vegetable soups , butter milk etc , give him foods in small quantities
