My boy is 4 year old still he not get molars teeth. Both in upper and lower part . When it wil come

A. all the milk teeth come by the age of 3 years. your child must have 20 milk teeth. if its not there then visit a dentist and he ir she will check and let you know

A. it will come dear some time don't worry babies have more of sugar and sweet intake then teething may delay coming take care start with calcium supplements consulting your pediatrician
