Q.
My boy is 4 months old now one of his testicle didn’t descend at birth 2 months back it started defending and other testicle seems to be dropped bit . Is that hydrocele ?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessgument is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you afccordingly for this .

If the other one has started to descend and I don’t think so it’s a problem for the more you can just consult your paediatrician for a physical evaluation then only you can be much sure about the since it’s better that you have a check up with the Dr one time
