My boy baby weight 2.14 kg in time of birth. And now he is 3.6 kg in 41 days . Is it normal ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, a weight gain of 1.4 kg in 41 days is absolutely normal, do not worry. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes It’s more than one KG so of course it is very very good a minimum 300 g is supposed to be very good on an average if a child is gaining every month for your child has gained about 500 g so that’s absolutely very good
