A. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. walk for one hour daily. do some yoga or cardio workout daily. avoid sitting for prolonged hours. continue breastfeeding

A. Hi mom. Start with the exercise to reduce ur belly fat. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. U can also do cycling, walk, jogging, abs and crunches as per ur comfort. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
