Q.

my babys are now 2 month old but i can’t produce enough Breastmilk for them so i give up on my self but again i want to start breastfed to them please help to increase my breast milk

A. trying promolact capsule and good protein diet ok. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
