my baby will turn 1 yr in next week yet he has only two lower teeth is it a matter of concern also since past few days I noticed white spot under his eyes pic for ref pls suggest

A. you need not worry if there is any problem the child is crying and not playing and not feeling well then only you should consult your doctor and get your child examined
