my baby was done with vaccination of 15 months and after that I can see my baby is suffering from fever and now it was 4th day but still I can see heavy fever. what could be the reason for this?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 16 months old and he has received vaccinations and he has a fever so give him syrup ibugesic plus 3.5 ml three times a day
