my baby was given vaccination 3days ago now it's 4th day still she is suffering from fever..I used paracetamol T-98 drops

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular interval and meet the doctor immediately z
