Q.
My baby suffer from excessive saliva problem, he suck his fingers most of the time,his fingers got wet every time and there were red rashes and pimples on his fingers specially nail side..

Teething could be happening with your child so that is why your child is keeping the finger into the mouth all the time you should start giving finger food to the child and also you can give Teether once your child have other option in the hand your child is going to give up on this habit for this pimple don’t worry to settle down on its own only
