If you see that it is totally watery and also you are giving outside milk then it is advisable to get the child examined by the doctor to rule out any digestion problem or any infection.
Need of probiotics and Zinc has to be evaluated.
In the meantime kindly continue breastfeeding to prevent dehydration.
you can give ORS also if water loss is more
if there is blood in the stool then kindly meet the doctor immediately because it can be dysentery also.
it is advisable to get the child examined

Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. If the problem persists it might indicate infection. Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
