my baby is exclusively on breast milk. but he farts so foul smell and stool also foul smell. what can be the reason

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. give digeplex drops for the baby h xsmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, babies oy consume milk. And milk causes gas even in adults. So it is absolutely normal for babies form gas. Help,baby burp after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary also.give gripe water and colic aid drops. Good luck and take care
