Today my 13months old child didnt eat properly, his stomach is bloated, his stool was bit watery with foul smell which is not usual, plz suggest sir what to do???

A. Thn There could be a possibility that your child may be having a stomach infection which is why there is diarrhoea there is stomach pain and all these other issues that you’re talking about so most of the time these things or sign of stomach infection only so get it checked
