my baby sleeps long during daytime for about 9hrs and her night time sleep is only for 2-3 hours. Due to covid pandemic we are unable to take her out for playing. Please suggest a remedy. Thanks in advance.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 26 months old and she use to sleep for long spells about 8/9 hours at day times and only 3/4 hours at night, so don’t worry it’s very normal
