my baby's lower Central incisors erupted but upper teeth first instead of central incisors left side lateral incisor is starting to erupt is it fine???

A. Hello there, Ma’am. Please do not worry about it too much it. It is okay if the baby is getting lower jaw teeth first and there is no need to panic. Please give homeopathic medicine BC 21 to the baby. Also also a baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Give iron and calcium rich food items to the baby. Thanks and take care
