my son is 8 months old. His 2 central incisors from lower teeth are erupted. Now his lateral incisors from upper teeth showing up. His central incisors from upper teeth are not showing yet. Is this normal or do I have to see Doctor?? please suggest

A. hello ma'am do not worry about this it is a natural process and it differs from kid to kid eventually all the 20 milk teeth will come by the age of 2.5 to 3 years of age
