my baby's body temperature is 98.3. is it normal or he is having fever .

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. It's normal temperature.. no worries .A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above.

A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 100.4F or above. Your baby may have a fever if they: feel hotter than usual to the touch – on their forehead, back or stomach....but doctors generally suggest not to give medicine untill temp is 101f..
