my baby's birth weight is 2.4 kg now she is 4 months 19 days old her weight is 5.8 kg I am so worried about her dexolac piti hai formula milk .

but why you are giving formulafeeds?
there is no need of it
mam,if possible please provide only breastfeeding.
if your child looks happy and active, showing no other discomfort, then as such no need to worry
