A. hello mum since the your baby is just 1 year 4 months old they will take time to show interest on foot but if you still want to give any medication please consult the pediatrician in take their opinion and give the medicine since that is the safest option for your little one at this site you can even include fibre rich foods fresh fruits vegetables natural appetizers all this will help to make baby more hunger than usual
