My baby just completed five months but still does loose pooty what should I do

Its Mostly diarrhoea for this will have to consult your paediatrician the doctor would advise with the right medicine that you should be giving because for initial six months a child is completely on milk feed day and you cannot skip that which is why it is mostly required to consult a paediatrician for a medicine
