Q.

My baby is6 month is old in 17august. Doctor adviced me to start solid but due to some ritual i am going to start solid at 4sept. Till now he is only drinking milk. Is it safe ?

A. dear mum , ideally the right age to begin top food is after completion of 6 mths and not later. this is because breastmilk alone is not sufficient to fulfill the nutrient requirements
