Q.

my baby is three months old n I am breast feeding hi still he vomits a lot please tell me any medication .because day by day he is looking thin not chubby as generally babies are look like

A. may be because of gastric Reflux or not giving proper working so regarding your query e you can consult with your pediatrician and the doctor will guide you you properly e for the issue and accordingly you can follow the advice given by your doctor so take opinion
