Hi..some babies take time for  eruption..

You can give teething rings and rattles, soothers, teethers.

You can also offer relief to the child by rubbing a clean finger or soft washcloth firmly on the baby’s gums.

If your baby has high fever, diarrhea, vommiting, baby is not soothed after giving all reasonable efforts than do Consult your paedritician for proper medical treatment.

hi. massage the gums with a soft cottony cloth soaked in warm water, it will sooth the pain till some extent. You can also give teethers to ease the pain. Give crunchy foods like frozen carrot sticks, Popsicle with frozen breastmilk etc. There are rusks available which are specially made for teething, you can try giving that too.
