my baby is taking pomegranate,spinach,apple,green leafy veg even though his haemoglobin percentage is less what could be the reason

A. peripheral blood smear to find out the reason okfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
