my baby is sweating though he have little cold currently he is six months completed

A. Sweating could be due to weather change or too tight clothing. Other than this if you notice excess sweating all of a sudden associated with or without any other abnormal signs or behavior if the baby please contact ur doctor. Otherwise no need to worry much about usual sweating.
