Mam if it has been recommended by the doctor then you give it to the child otherwise I would recommend you the most common medicine that doctors recommend for a small child during the time of cold it would be Wikoryl AF you can give five drop three times in the day for 3 to 5 days and for the medicine you want to use you have to check with your paediatrician
