hello doctor , can I give ALKOF junior for my 2.3 years old child bcz he is suffering from cough and cold(runny nose)

A. hello do not give any medicine unless adcised by doctor n better to chk ir doctor n also use instant rub from babyhug n also u can put salone drops aswell
