Q.

My baby is preterm , she was born in 7 months only. As a result ROP was detected in both of her eyes and after lasik surgery, she is wearing glasses, its sad but she has to wear glasses with power close to -5 , can you suggest some diet which can be beneficial for her eyes. She is if 16 months

A. Hello my dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Serve your child with healthy home-made foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter.
