my baby is one year 4months old he is vomiting in the nights he sleeps on his tummy May I know if that would be the reason for vomiting?

A. sleeping on the tummy may not be the cause of vomiting it will be because of reflex Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
