My baby is one month old my milk is not sufficient so suggest me the ways and best food to increase breast milk supply.Tq.

When mother’s milk is not sufficient for baby alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. So you should start giving formula milk to your baby. Formula milk contains all the nutrition’s baby needs so there is no need to give anything else till your baby turned six months old
