My baby is of 6 months .... can I start giving him boiled eggs or chicken stew or any kind of fish to find out if he is allergic to anything... please give valuable suggestions.....

A. Dear parent, 6 months is little early to introduce eggs, chicken and fish. You should first give all plant based foods like seasonal fruits and vegetables, grains, cereal pulses. You can give non veg food after another month.
