My gynac suggest to continue bucause lots of complications. Last time baby delivered by C section .

please continue as its 14 weeks now.
till 8 weeks..its easy to terminate but for now.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.
and take proper rest as you have a breastfeeding baby too

Hello dear parent, do not worry much about it.  Just follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Eat a everything healthy. And get proper medicines or supplements  as required only with your gynaecologist ''s prescription only. 
Do not take stress at all
