my baby is now 1year 2months but she have only 4 teeth upper 2 & lower 2.

That is completely normal there is no problem with that a full set of teeth will happen by the age of three years so currently if your child has 6 teeth in this age that’s completely go there something wrong with that so you don’t have to worry about it
