my baby is not making any sound at 4 and half months old

Kids Do make a little bit of sound when there are four months old is not too much if your child is not making a song for a long time now then it is a question to be concerned about but if your child is making sounds most of the time and not making right now for a day or two then it’s okay but still you consult your doctor ones
