my baby is not accepting any food instead of water since yesterday still motions are going on like green water in force and fever comes down only after medication i am too worried you can see picture of stool

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no need to worry only about the colour of stool even it greenThe colour of stool in the baby will be ranging from light yellow to dark green no need to worry unless it is smelling very bad
