my baby is making sounds while breathing like gur gur and back sode of chest i also feel it sometimes but doc says she dosent have any congestion.. not sure what to do

A. it can be nasal blockage nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspigrator to take out the secretions very tgently steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition
