My baby is just 20 days old and has small pimples on both his cheeks. is this normal

Atogla cream you can apply and yes it is normal because these kind of things are very commonly seen with kids and that usually happens due to heat in the body sometimes and sometimes it could probably be due to excessive sweat coming on the body but that is also completely normal to be seen
