my 20 days old baby girl is getting small small pimples on her cheeks...wanted knw reason for ths unwanted pimples...

make sure you are giving only breastfeed to the child.
always wash your hands before touching baby.
use soft clothing.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination

Hello ma’am Mam there could be unlimited reasons for the same and without proper check up on examination it is very difficult to tell you as to what could be the exact in the right reason for the same so why advice to you would be to consult your paediatrician or a dermatologist ones
