My baby is in 8th month now. Her eyes has a bag below which is visible after every sleep and some times it is normal. From the birth it is the same. consulted eye specialist too, the vision is clear. What all may be the reason then?

A. needs examination investigations of urine and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
