my baby is having viral fever since 2-3 days and flatunce and he us also nit having food properly and what he eats after sometime he vomits what to do

Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. 
But if fever is high grade and persisting  or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen  or mefenamic acid are usuaglly given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarmh water is also helpful . 
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability  dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

Hello dear parent, we'll during viral fever babues face such digestion problem  also. Do not worry. But if  motions get too loose then you should get appropriate  medicine. Give very light diet like Khichdi and curd to eat. Do not give any other thing to eat. As that may aggravate the problem. Let baby eat as much as he wants to..
