Q.

My baby have fever from last 3 days.. she vomits when she eats during fever.. but she is taking breast milk properly. How long viral fever lasts? should I go for blood test?

A. if the baby is having fever you can give paracetamol to the baby Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit

A. Usually three days dear. try to give healthy foods and mild at the same time. You can give oats, rice cereal, warm rasam, soups, can add little pepper and turmeric with warm milk for good relief. Some warm foods will help baby relax and it's good to give warm. Healthy foods.
