My Baby is having small lymph nodes both sides next to thigh.. wheat s the reason?

A. Dr My Son is 10month old now his Birth weight is 3.6kg Now he is 9kg He is On FM (Isomil) , he Had vomiting from birth to upto 6th month, We admitted him two times in 2nd n in th month 4th month that time even Pediatric Surgeon Examined Him They Did Abdominal scan and Barium meal study, Both the reports are normal i attached the file, and in During 5th month and 7th month Dr Examined Him.... Last month he had Dengue NS1 positive that time also they examined him... I observed this Nodes only yesterday whole massaging i don't know whether it had before...

A. generally there will be swelling of lymph nodes if there is infection in the draining area of the particular names or not if baby is having swelling in the groin please consult a doctor for proper examination

A. Your child's lymph nodes will swell in a certain part of the body when they are fighting an infection nearby. If the lymph nodes are infected by a virus, such as a cold, or a bacteria, as in strep throat, they can grow to about two centimetres in the neck area.Consult your paediatrician immediately for same.
