My baby is having severe nappy rash. its all swollen red area with pimples. please tell me what to do

You can use rash free ointment. It is very effective and totally safe on baby’s skin so you get apply it regularly. If you use diapers then stop using it for next few days to cure the area fast. Rather than this try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently
