my 18 month baby girl have rash like small red pimple in her diaper area applied nappy 4 then now using himalaya rash cream but still there... plz help

A. ise candid b cream. Clean your baby’s skin with baby wipes or cloth after removing the diaper. You can apply any of -candid cream, or eazynappy cream, Sofirash cream or Himalaya's diaper rashe cream. All these help in curing rashes.
