my baby is having loose motion from last 2 days n its dark green in colour,he is 11 mnth n his first lower teeth is erupting

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with.. that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .

If The child is having formula feeding by any chance it is going to be absolutely normal and common for the child to pass motion that is green coloured motion and if your child is having its teeth then sometimes green colour is possible because of that also
