its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months

In such a case you should take a help of paediatrician because it can be cured with the help of surgery. A doctor can only advise you will after examining baby and having blood test. So consult With your doctor about it and don’t give any medication to your baby till it is not advised by Dr
